Personal Training slots

We have some personal training spaces available!


Small group personal training (max 4) is perfect for anybody to join, working out with other women is fun and supportive.

We have space Tuesday 10.30-11.30am with Tara - tara@tarahallfitness.com


Charly has some availability for one to one personal training or training with a friend - charlywillisfitness@icloud.com


Katie also has availability on Thursdays for one to one personal training or training with a friend - katewalch@hotmail.co.uk



If you're currently training at another gym or doing open gym, but want to get better results and need accountability, support and guidance, online coaching may be for you. This is an inexpensive option and best for those who already have some training knowledge and have been in a gym before.
