A Results-Driven Training Method
Beginner to advanced, all sessions will and can be adapted for you. With a maximum of 4 ladies per session you will have one to one time with your coach to help you get the most out of your session.

All sessions are on our training app so you can log all of your training plus you get 4 training sessions on the app to complete in order to get best results.

A Nutrition Plan You Can Stick To
Once joined, your calories and sample meal plans will be added to the training app.
You will then check in at the end of each month for Tara to review your progress and adjust your plans if needed.

What else is included?
As well as your training, nutrition, check ins, you also have access to our group whatsapp to message Tara at any point with questions.
You have a reduced membership at The Hut Gym if you would like to do open gym or classes.

Availability
Our current availability:

Monday 7pm with Becca starting in June - 3 spaces
Tuesday 10.30am with Tara - 2 spaces
Tuesday 7pm with Tara - FULL
