Here are some feedback responses and some answers from me below :)
'One to one check ins to measure progress and set goals'
If you work with a personal trainer or are in our small group PT sessions or on one of our challenges this is included, however we cannot assess anything just from a weight, we also have a list of questions we need to know to assess your progress and goals, lifestyle and see how your week has been, have you stuck to calories/training etc or anything you have struggled with and need more help with.

'Can be tight for space sometimes'
It can be but also remember we have the outside space too and have limited indoors to 8 people and outdoors to 8 also to allow more room
'It can be cold in winter'
Yes definitely! But you soon warm up, you can always wear a hat and gloves if you wish to and remember to layer up
'Open gym/classes at weekends' - this was really common!
We would love to do this but currently we are restricted with planning conditions which means we cannot operate on the weekends as set by the council. We are currently in contact with planning to see if we can get these adjusted
'Few minutes of stretching at the end of the class'
We do sometimes run out of time at the end or have 5 mins where you are encouraged to stretch before you leave, we can incorporate more stretches for you :)
'More boxing'
Boxing 6.15am is very popular, we did try a 7pm class on a Wednesday but was quite quiet so at the moment we won't do another class
'Availability of open gym'
We have open gym times around classes and personal training sessions ranging from 6am to 7.30pm all booked online
'Later in evening for open gym'
We are currently restricted by planning permissions to open any later :(
'Heavier slam balls'
We now have 2x 10kg slam balls :)
'Programmes/workouts to follow at open gym'
Members all have access to the online members area on the app where you can find workouts to download, all the live workout replays and you can also access blog posts where you can find all BodyFIT workouts. Alternatively you can work with a personal trainer online too and they can programme your sessions!
'Vary the music'
Yes on the list!
'No burpees'
Can't guarantee that haha!
'Optional weekly weigh in'
