Supple Strength is a take on Pilates and Yoga exercises, incorporating techniques that stretch and strengthen muscles for a strong and controlled routineBy weight training you are going to strengthen and shape your body as well as burning calories at the same time. BodyFIT is a fun class which changes every session to keep you on your toes, you work at your own pace and you have your BodyFIT instructor walking around to keep an eye on you or for you to ask any questions! When you arrive you can work inside or outside
