Recurring memberships (Gold and Platinum)

* Payment comes out monthly, you can cancel at any time by cancelling your direct debit. This will cancel immediately, you will be able to access your classes until your payment term ends.

This membership will be billed monthly and will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. 

Payments will be charged automatically each month from the date the initial membership is set up.

1. DURATION: 
The contract shall commence on the date of purchase and shall continue in force for the initial term after which it shall automatically continue on a monthly basis until terminated.

2. OUR OBLIGATIONS: 
We shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the services but you acknowledge that our ability to provide the services may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

3. MEMBERS RULES: 
You agree to be bound by and observe and perform the members rules found in the The Hut and acknowledge that we may amend the member’s rules at any time at our discretion.

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT: 
We will not increase the charges at any time during your contract. 

​

5. TERMINATION: 
To cancel your contract, cancel your direct debit at anytime. Memberships are non-refundable.

6. SEVEN DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD: 
When you join The Hut we are happy to offer you a 7 day cooling off period, starting from the date we receive your membership application. This will allow you to receive a part refund for days unused for the month you have pre-paid should you wish to cancel within the 7 days.
