BODYFIT CLASSES
Effective, efficient, and fun training.
The foundation of our successful training programmes are based on strength work.
As we age we lose 3% of muscle mass per year, which is why it's so important to incorporate some form of strength training. That's why at The Hut we ensure that anyone from a beginner to an advanced lifter will progress closer towards their specific goals.

At The Hut we believe that technique is key, you have to earn the ability to lift, and from this you then earn the ability to lift heavier. We teach you this in a non intimidating environment.
​
Our BodyFIT classes are strength based, but you'll also find cardio, core and HIIT incorporated - all supervised by an experienced coach who will help you when needed through the session.
